FUNCTIONS
Used for leather layer splitting of shoes, bags and cases, which is highly efficient and accurate.
本机用于制鞋，皮包，箱包，皮革部层，高效，高精度。
产品特点：
1.所有门，盖未关到位或料皮太满时，电机不能启动，红灯闪亮报警，安全程度高。
2.进料速度可按需调节前有数字显示。
3.所需片革厚薄通过手轮调节。
4.皮革厚度由数显显示，正确，方便，最薄片至0.15MM，片皮精度为±0.05mm.
5.带刀磨削砂轮调节手轮上，上下砂轮同步进刀磨削，配合带刀在磨削中能自动复位，使带刀刀刃口磨削几何形状不变。
FEATURES
1. Unique designs in appearance, elegant and graceful outline; unique design in top bar which makes the thick leather in without replacing the feeding roller.
2. No need to adjust the units of wheel & clamping knife while replacing knife; diamond grinding wheels is used as grinding unit.
3. Specified grinding micro-control; independent collectors for grinding dust and scrap.
4. 4-shift adjustment for working spressure, simple operation manual while easy to be understand where display the specification of thickness digit.
5. Low noise less than 70db. It's not necessary to remove the universal joint before the replacement of top rolling wheel and top bar.
6. All parts or components of this machine are easy to remove and install to make easy maintenance and repair
